New Patient ?    We welcome the opportunity to serve anyone, but generally are not accepting new patients who are desiring to come for continuing controlled substance prescriptions currently prescribed elsewhere, or recently discontinued from elsewhere.  Extenuating circumstances can be considered on an individual basis if complete records are made available, prior to acceptance into the clinic, and then require review by a physician before a first appointment can be possibly scheduled.

We are accepting patients into the Medication Assisted Treatment Program which uses Suboxone to aid with the treatment of opiate addiction, but it is our policy to slowly reduce Suboxone for most patients and not substitute one medication addiction for another.  We want to see the patient get away from addiction-related usage of any substance.
